#OurStories: Citizenship in Practice

Discover through this short video one of the 128 projects implemented under the Active Citizens Fund Greece programme.

The project “Citizenship in Practice” responds to the need to evaluate the process of acquiring citizenship for the first time in Greece, in order to promote equal access and enjoyment of the right to citizenship. The aim of the project is to improve the existing administrative practice in the process of granting citizenship. Through the project, 25,000 people have been informed about citizenship issues and 10 reports and publications are available to the public and relevant institutions.

The project “Citizenship in Practice” was implemented under the Active citizens fund programme by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity and its partner the Hellenic League for Human Rights.
