#OurStories: The Mobile School travels

Discover through this short video one of the 128 projects implemented under the Active Citizens Fund Greece programme.

The project “The Mobile School Travels” aims to eliminate school dropout and illiteracy among Roma populations, while at the same time empowering them psychologically and bringing out their talents. The Mobile School is an educational wheeled structure that travels to camps in Drama, Kavala and Xanthi. More than 1,600 Roma children have participated in over 480 interventions carried out under the project.

The project was implemented under the Active citizens fund programme, by the Ladies Union of  Drama.
