#OurStories: TRACE – TRansforming Access to health CarE

Discover through this short video one of the 128 projects implemented under the Active Citizens Fund Greece programme.

The project “TRACE – Transforming Access to Health Services” aimed to address the inadequate provision of health services to disabled persons by offering appropriate educational tools to students and health professionals. At the same time, the project documented the problems in the country’s health service delivery infrastructure, especially those in rural towns. During the implementation of the project 263 students and health professionals were trained in the provision of health services to disabled people. In addition, workshops and advocacy activities were organised in four cities in Greece with the participation of 156 people.

The “TRACE” project was implemented under the Active citizens fund project, by the Association of Research and Education in Clinical Skills and its partner Accessible Limitless Living – ALL.
