IPD is a non-profit research organization (NGO), committed to the promotion of prevention culture, personal development and the promotion of wellbeing in the working and social life. Its approach focuses on personal development through coaching and mentoring is further blended with scientific expertise to support our vision.

By recognizing the importance of wellbeing, especially through the context of ageing, the organization considers it as a crucial factor for the development and cohesion of societies. In that terms, the institute develops research and can provide innovative solutions that facilitate the growth of healthy entrepreneurship and promote employment in a healthy environment.

In order to achieve its goal, IPD adopts an anthropocentric approach and cooperates with social, academic and business partners from all over the world, aiming at the development of the scientific framework and transfer of good practices, that promote entrepreneurial culture while enhance the effectiveness and viability of enterprises. One of its core competences is the promotion of safety culture in every aspect of everyday life, especially in the workplace.
