Parents and Volunteers Network for Children’s Deinstitutionalization Social Care – “Right for Family Care” is a non-profit association in order to encourage, promote and support the extra-institutional institutions of adoption.

The Network aims at the development of social protection institutions outside institutions (adoption) for those children who are abused or abandoned, in the elaboration of a legal framework for the operation of institutions, in the improvement of children’s living conditions, in the control, supervision, implementation of mandatory deinstitutionalization policies by all child protection bodies, the protection of the rights of victimized children wherever they live.
